We are challenging conventional approaches, creating scalable strategies, leveraging data and automation, and finding new ways to bring the full power of Mastercard to our customers.This role offers a unique opportunity to help design, build, and scale a new model while directly influencing customer growth, experience, and operational excellence across a portfolio of Community Institution customers.The Role As an Analyst, Account Management on Team Catalyst, you will manage a portfolio of Community Institution customers and help deliver an exceptional Mastercard experience. You will build customer relationships, identify opportunities for growth, support business initiatives, and partner across Mastercard to address customer needs. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
