The Senior Program Delivery Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.The Senior Program Delivery Professional executes on projects designed to improve clinical quality tied to the in-home assessment program:* Continues to deliver existing Stars programs included in IHWA program* Partners directly with Stars, Clinical, and Pharmacy partners to identify and prioritize opportunities to incorporate additional clinical value* Monitor and lead oversight of all in-home visit data collection, ensuring real-time visibility and compliance with policies and Stars requirements* Oversee operational performance dashboards, proactively identifying issues and coordinating resolution and improvement opportunities* Leads incident response and root cause analysis for Stars data, verifying data at the member level* Review and communicate results of programs* Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction* Provide consolidated budget tracking for Stars and Follow-Up team to enable coordination with Finance, validating vendor invoicing and data filesYou will report to the Director, Program Delivery# **Use your skills to make an impact****Required Qualifications*** 5+ years' experience in Stars and HEDIS* 3+ years vendor or project management experience* Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL* Experience working independently with multiple stakeholders from across the organization* Understanding of metrics, trends, and the ability to identify gaps in care* Ability to work under tight deadlines, multitask, and deliver quality work under pressure* Ability to use discretion and possess exceptional judgement**Preferred Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree* Knowledge of AI, HIE, in-home programs**Work-At-Home Requirements**To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:* At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested* Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership* Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense* Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job* Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA informationWork at Home RequirementsTo ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. In certain roles, the minimum recommended internet speed required by Humana may not be sufficient for business needs. Humana reserves the right to require associates to upgrade their internet service if necessary.Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.**Scheduled Weekly Hours**40**Pay Range**The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$86,300 - $118,700 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
