JOB SUMMARY

The Global Travel Expense Analyst is responsible for supporting Jabil’s Corporate Card, Airfare billing programs, and Expense Reimbursement system. As part of the Global Travel team, this position will also support travel operations and other Procurement-related duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage expense reimbursement process for the Supply Chain and Procurement Leadership team
• Track and report on Global Travel savings
• Reconcile corporate card transactions and vendor billing statements
• Provide support for the Corporate Card program, Expense Auditing and Reimbursement systems
• Provide training and guidance to staff on Concur Expense and the Corporate Card Program
  Support the Global Travel Team as needed
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reports to Global Travel Expense Manager.
• Job is NOT directly responsible for managing other employees (e.g., hiring/termination and/or pay decisions, performance management)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

• Strong understanding of Travel & Expense processes, corporate card administration, and reimbursement practices.
• Basic Accounting / Finance knowledge.
• Knowledge of expense management systems, preferably Concur Expense.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to support senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Experience with reporting and data analysis tools preferred.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Associate’s degree Preferred
  2-years work-related experience required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or comparable experience
• Experience supporting executive or leadership-level stakeholders preferred.
• Preferred experience in Corporate Travel, Corporate Cards, and Concur Travel & Expense Reimbursement systems, Oversight Systems
• Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
