Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician in the industrial food industry. This position involves moving between different buildings either by walking or driving. No prior professional experience is required; we welcome candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow. Key Responsibilities Learn and assist with various maintenance tasks including electrical, mechanical, building repairs, plumbing, equipment servicing, and general upkeep. Gain experience with forklift operations (experience a plus, but not required). Provide excellent customer service and uphold high standards of quality and attention to detail. Qualifications Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written). Comfortable using a variety of hand tools and equipment. Ability to work flexible hours as needed. Capable of performing physical tasks and lifting up to 50 pounds. Strong customer service orientation with a positive and enthusiastic demeanor. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to remain calm under pressure.
