Virtual Assistant - Social Media, Video Editing, Graphic Design & Marketing

We are a U.S.-based professional membership organization seeking a creative, dependable, and versatile Virtual Assistant to support our communications, marketing, event promotions, and administrative operations.

**We are looking for a jack-of-all-trades professional** who is comfortable handling multiple responsibilities, takes initiative, and delivers quality work without constant supervision.

This is a long-term, part-time remote opportunity.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

* **Graphic Design:** Create professional flyers, event announcements, newsletters, presentations, and social media graphics using Canva.
* **Video Editing (REQUIRED):** Edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, interviews, event recaps, and promotional content. Add captions, transitions, music, branding, and basic audio enhancements.
* **Social Media Management:** Prepare, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
* **Email Marketing:** Design, format, and distribute newsletters and email campaigns using Constant Contact.
* **Event Management:** Assist with Eventbrite event creation, registration tracking, attendee lists, and attendance reports.
* **Website Management:** Perform basic WordPress updates, upload articles, and maintain website content.
* **Administrative Support:** Organize Google Workspace files, spreadsheets, calendars, contact lists, and recurring assignments.
* **Communications Coordination:** Track deadlines, follow up on assignments, and help ensure projects are completed on schedule.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**

* Strong Canva graphic design skills.
* **Intermediate video editing skills are mandatory.**
* Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
* Ability to produce polished, captioned short-form videos.
* Social media content creation and scheduling.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Google Workspace proficiency.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work independently.
* Reliable internet connection and consistent communication.

Experience with Constant Contact, Eventbrite, WordPress, and professional membership organizations is highly preferred.

**POSITION DETAILS**

* Remote, part-time.
* **Pay: $5 USD per hour.**
* Approximately 10 hours per week initially.
* Flexible schedule with some overlap during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
* Opportunity for a long-term working relationship.
