Clinical Sales Representative - Detroit, MI
Intuitive Surgical
Clinical Sales Representative position focused on driving adoption of da Vinci® Surgical System in the Detroit territory. The role involves training surgical teams, managing system implementation, and expanding robotic surgery utilization across healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategy with Clinical Sales Manager to maximize da Vinci system utilization
- Conduct training sessions and oversee operating room integration for surgical teams
- Support regional sales and marketing events to build system awareness and procedure adoption
- Create implementation plans ensuring surgical teams achieve independent system proficiency
- Expand user base through key opinion leader partnerships and instrument/accessory sales
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years sales experience with 2+ years healthcare sales
- Ability to travel up to 25% and work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Proven sales track record and demonstrated ambition
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities
- Effective teamwork skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
