Schedule:

• Weekend rotation based on department needs
• No on-call expectations
• Holiday coverage assigned per unit requirements

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of acute care MRI experience
• Open to first-time travelers
• BLS, ARRT (MR) or AMRIT certification
• KY License (unless grandfathered)
• Experience with spine, stroke, head trauma patients, and student athletes
• Strong patient care abilities and a positive, collaborative attitude
• Comfortable working with Cerner EMR (preferred), Siemens Vida 3T, and GE Signa HDxt 1.5T

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI exams on a diverse set of patients (average 6-7 per day)
• Collaborate with 24/7 radiologist support and departmental MRI techs; occasional solo shifts, aided by Tech Assistant as needed
• Prioritize exceptional patient care and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Complete comprehensive documentation using Cerner EMR
