Job Description

Work Schedule:
80% FTE position, 32 hours per week. Shifts will be scheduled Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with Tuesday off. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Welcome Center Agent to:
• Address first call resolution for customers needing information, or assisting with general inquiries pertaining to services that UW Health provides.
• Initiate a smooth transition for patients entering the UW Health system.

Qualifications:
Associate's Degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or other related field Required
High School Diploma Preferred

Work Experience:
Previous experience working in scheduling, registration, or a call center Preferred
Previous experience using Epic Cadence and Prelude software Preferred
