Job Responsibilities: Customer Service Associate Salary: $20-30/Hour Company: Walgreens Location: USA Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Full Job Description: Customer Experience: Attract customers and patients by greeting them and helping with products and services. Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience. Model and share best practices for customers with all teams to deliver a unique and enjoyable customer experience, including social behaviors (e.g., greeting, looking, courtesy, etc.) and Walgreens service characteristics (for example, helping, identifying needs, serving until satisfied, etc.). Work: Provide courteous, friendly, prompt and efficient customer service. Prepare items for sale to customers and recommend imports and/or friendly items. Register customer purchases in assigned cash registers, collect cash and remit change as required; cancellation procedures, returns, rain checks, refunds and exchanges as required. Keep inventory and shelves clean and tidy, record inventory and maintain records. Inventory and price products as required or as directed by the store manager or team leader. Implement company asset‑protection measures to identify and minimize profit loss. Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products). Build and manage presentations, including support, timing, production, and product sales. Perform resets and resets as directed. Assist in separating food (e.g., raw and pre‑cooked food) and keeping products according to policies/processes (e.g., raw and frozen meat on lower shelves). For these consumables, help in the transformation of products, using import, export and products. Have working knowledge of store systems and store equipment. Provide photo‑customer services, including digital passport photo services, poster printing and creative machines, and sales of recommended promotional photo products. Work on web delivery (viewing orders in Foto Care Plus, filling out orders (select items), and guiding customers to arrive at the store). Assist with the exterior and interior by ensuring the cleanliness, orderliness and condition and appearance of the store. Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with colleagues. Perform special duties and other duties as assigned. Training & Personal Development: Attend training and complete PPL requested by manager or assigned by company. Basic Qualifications: Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
