Construction Project Manager - Operable Walls

Employee Type FT Exempt Manage Others No Tetra Vertical Solutions, a division of SGH Redglaze Holdings, Inc., is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee our Skyfold Operable Wall product line. Based out of our Omaha, NE office, this primarily in-office role involves collaborating with general contractors, architects, and building owners to coordinate the administrative and technical aspects of construction projects. We welcome applications from entry-level to experienced construction professionals. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination: Manage administrative and technical aspects of Skyfold Operable Wall projects. Submittal Management: Coordinate the full submittal process with architects, engineers, manufacturers, and field installation teams. Stakeholder Collaboration: Provide professional service and clear communication to general contractors, architects, and building owners. Financial Oversight: Oversee project job costing, develop schedules of values, and occasionally provide project budgets or estimates. Documentation: Write precise project quotations, change orders, and other contract modification documents. Material Logistics: Schedule and coordinate timely material deliveries to various jobsites. Problem Solving: Address and resolve technical field issues quickly and efficiently to keep projects on schedule. Skills and Qualifications Document Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret construction specifications, architectural plans, structural drawings, and shop drawings. Administrative Knowledge: Understanding of basic construction administration documents including ASIs, RFIs, and CPRs. Technical Aptitude: Strong organization skills and the ability to quickly master proprietary company software and processes. Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and project files simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Gmail). Experience with Bluebeam Revu or CAD is highly advantageous. Education and Requirements Education: Degree in Construction, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with clients, managers, and internal staff. Licensing: Valid driver’s license, clean driving records, and proof of valid car insurance. Screening: Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
