Senior Fund Formation Attorney — Private Credit & Alternatives
Macquarie Global Services
Macquarie Asset Management is seeking a Legal Vice President to support fundraising and fund establishment for the Credit & Insurance business in the United States. You will work primarily on 3(c)(7) funds and separate managed accounts, with exposure to evergreen funds, structured vehicles, and regulated investment products.
The role requires 3-7 years of legal experience in investment management, deep fund-launch expertise, and strong ability to interface with C-level executives.
