Senior Fund Accountant - Private Equity

A highly established, global alternative investment firm that is looking to add a Senior Fund Accountant to its NYC based team. This is a great opportunity for someone coming out of Big 4 or a strong public accounting firm who wants to make the move into an investment management environment and gain deeper exposure to private equity fund accounting. Key Responsibilities Fund financial statement preparation and analysis Capital calls and distributions Management fee calculations Partner allocations and quarterly reporting Fund performance and investment activity analysis Coordination with external auditors LP reporting and ad hoc requests Support for co-investment vehicles and other fund-related initiatives Ideal Candidates 2-4 years of public accounting experience CPA required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Strong foundation in GAAP and accounting principles Experience auditing or working with private equity, private credit, hedge fund, or financial services clients strongly preferred Strong communication skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
