Job Summary Prep Cook position for a reliable individual looking to expand their culinary skills and grow with us. Responsibilities & Duties Carefully follow standard recipes while preparing assigned items for foodservice Consistently use safe and sanitary food handling practices Assist other cooks during emergencies or rush periods Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas, to ensure safe and sanitary food‑handling practices Assist in plating food items for service Clean assigned work station areas Ensure food is stored and cooked at the correct temperature by regulating the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters Carefully follow instructions and procedures set and communicated by Chef Qualifications & Skills Reliable Must have a Food Handlers Certificate Must be able to work in an organized, clean, efficient environment and thrive in busy situations Able to communicate effectively with other team members Minimum of 2 years experience working in busy restaurants Knowledge of modern kitchens, chefs, techniques Must have a positive attitude, self‑motivated Flexible scheduling Four Corners is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Four Corners
