Job Title: Assembler
Location: Eden Prairie, MN
Compensation: $18.00-$19.70 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 2nd Shift | 4-day work week

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assemblers for an HVAC manufacturing company in Eden Prairie, MN. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality components in a clean, team-oriented environment and support consistent production output. If you enjoy hands-on, repetitive work and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information! What You'll Do as an Assembler:

• Assemble components using hand and power tools
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow detailed work instructions and production processes
• Package and prepare finished goods for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report equipment or material issues to supervisors

What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:

• Ability to stand for extended shifts
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Basic computer skills for timekeeping and tracking
• Entry-level candidates welcome; no prior experience required
