Service Manager

Job Description Directly manage the customer‑facing Service team. Hire and manage performance of team members. Ensure overall team performance and provide leadership to foster a safe working environment. Resolve customer‑related issues effectively. Train team on effective sales techniques. Perform goodwill visits at customer sites while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Achieve sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals. Manage budgets and address operational issues affecting service. Provide hands‑on support to direct reports, including accompanying representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary. Drive company‑owned vehicle to customer locations. Lifting, carrying, and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts. Skills / Qualifications Required Valid driver’s license. High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Preferred Management experience. Experience in industrial sales or customer service. Compensation A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $82,960 and $110,314 per year and is eligible for an annual target bonus. Bonus earned is based on performance, location, division, and/or company, with factors such as skill set, experience, training, and business needs considered.
