Job Summary The Market Executive is the senior leader and primary representative of the Kansas City Trust/Wealth Management office. This individual is responsible for driving market growth, deepening relationships with bank partners, and providing strong leadership to the local team. The Market Executive serves as the face of the Trust location and ensures delivery of comprehensive wealth and trust services aligned with organizational standards. Job Duties Serve as the face of the Kansas City Trust/Wealth Management office, representing Central Trust Company in the local market. Lead market growth initiatives through proactive business development and client acquisition. Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to drive cross‑referral activity and integrated client solutions. Develop and maintain centers of influence relationships with attorneys, CPAs, and other advisors. Lead, coach, and develop the local wealth management team, fostering a high‑performance and collaborative culture. Ensure consistent delivery of a high‑quality client experience while maintaining fiduciary, regulatory, and compliance standards. Provide leadership oversight on complex client relationships and trust matters.
