Immediate availability is required. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Resolve customer complaints and technical issues with empathy and efficiency. Document all customer interactions and transactions in the system accurately. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using computers and call center software. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated customer service experience preferred.
