Responsibilities The Scaled Growth Team is a strategic engine within TikTok, focused on driving global new client acquisition through high-impact agency partnerships. The team plays a critical role in building and enriching a high-quality client pipeline, working closely with direct sales to support sustainable, long-term growth. Raise the bar - Be results focused, grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with SMB agencies. Identify and create compelling sales propositions using internal and external data for agencies in specific regions, industries or objectives that can be pitched at scale with minimal customization. Make your own discoveries - Grow a deep understanding of TikTok's products, processes and tools. Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve agency issues. Assume ownership - Work with small and medium sized agencies to optimize and improve the performance of their TikTok campaigns and identify programmatic ways to do this at scale. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of marketing, media sales and/or online advertising experience with direct client management experience Experience in the marketing/social media/advertising industry with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem. Proven experience working with agencies or in an agency partnerships-type role Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals with a large book of business with ability to identify, prioritize and secure business opportunities Ability to influence buy-in and build relationships with key stakeholders while prioritizing and managing a client portfolio, tasks, and projects within a fast paced environment Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of a self-serve platform, auction, or programmatic ad products. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
