Human Resources Generalist
StandardAero
StandardAero is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the DFW facility and US field team. You will partner with managers, address employee relations, manage staffing, performance, compliance, and payroll/benefits inquiries, and lead investigations in a fast-paced aviation service environment. The role emphasizes confidentiality, strong communication, and relationship-building across all levels.
