Position: TIG Welder
Pay: $20-$23hr
Working Days: Sunday - Wednesday OR Wednesday - Saturday
Shift Time: Afternoon: (3:00 PM - 1:30 AM) - Only time available for both options
Location: Glenshaw, PA
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience or training in TIG welding
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and job orders
- Skilled in operating measuring devices such as calipers and tape measures
- Basic computer navigation and data entry skills
- Ability to stand for at least 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and timeliness
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with aluminum and steel welding in both standard and custom projects
- Knowledge of welding symbols and inspection techniques
- Ability to perform material preparation like grinding, drilling, and cutting
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial welding setting
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and overtime if necessary
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to safety protocols
