## Description**Job Title:** Quick Lube Technician**Location:** Salisbury, NC**Company:** Cloninger Automotive Group Inc.**Job Summary:**The Quick Lube Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance services, including oil changes and fluid checks, on customer vehicles in a fast-paced environment. This role requires technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.**Key Responsibilities:*** **Routine Maintenance:** + Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements following company standards. + Inspect vehicles for additional service needs and communicate findings to customers.* **Customer Service:** + Greet customers and explain services performed. + Provide recommendations for additional maintenance or repairs as needed.* **Equipment Maintenance:** + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and equipment. + Ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition and report any issues.* **Safety Compliance:** + Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. + Handle hazardous materials, such as used oil and filters, in accordance with regulations.* **Team Collaboration:** + Work efficiently with team members to ensure timely service delivery. + Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.**Benefits:*** Competitive hourly wage and performance incentives.* Health, dental, and vision insurance.* Employee discounts on services and products.* 401k* FREE Telehealth and Basic Life* Paid Vacation## Qualifications**Qualifications:*** **Education:** + High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification is a plus.* **Experience:** + Previous experience in an automotive service or quick lube environment preferred. + Familiarity with automotive systems and maintenance procedures.* **Skills:** + Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. + Excellent customer service and communication skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.**Physical Requirements:*** Ability to lift and move heavy items, such as oil containers.* Comfortable working in various weather conditions and in a shop environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
