Delivery Coordinator

Campers Inn RV is looking for a Delivery Coordinator . This role is responsible for scheduling appointments for RV delivery and serving as a point of contact for customers. What We Offer Ongoing career development opportunities: specialized job training, certifications, and professional development, and assistance in continuing education Comprehensive health and welfare plan to all full-time employees (30+ hours/week), including: Major Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance (Basic, Supplemental, Spouse, and Child available) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid Time Off Qualified retirement plan (401k) with Employer Match Fair and competitive compensation Essential Job Functions Maintain thorough knowledge of RV parts and accessories Provide exceptional customer service, striving to exceed expectations Greet, educate, and sell RV products to customers Schedule appointments with designated staff Coordinate readiness of the unit Serve as the point of contact between staff and customer Demonstrate features and proper use of the vehicle; show the customer navigation (e.g., help them connect Bluetooth to their mobile phone) Ensure customers are aware of status of unit Ensure unit is ready for customer on day of delivery Cross‑train to perform other duties (Service Writer, Cashier) Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required License & Certifications: Valid driver’s license and good driving record is preferred Experience: One year of RV dealership experience or RV owner highly preferred Minimum 6 months customer service background preferred Abilities: Intermediate computer skills Excellent organizational and follow‑up skills Working knowledge of policies and procedures of RV sales and service departments preferred Proficient with MS Office Knowledge or ability to learn company system applications, including Motility Systems 2K and other software as applicable Continuous visual ability for use of computer, files, and reports Ability to bend or sit for long periods of time Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds Camper’s Inn RV is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
