Winterization Coordinator

Winterization Coordinator
Responsible for negotiating contracts with service providers.
Inspect facilities to meet safety regulations and coordinating renovations, routine maintenance and all other updates.
Review completed services to ensure they meet quality standards.
Maintain communication between customers and clients regarding concerns, products, billing and services.
Must have experience in Microsoft Office and utilize internal software systems.
Requirements:
- Residential construction/plumbing experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
