Utilities Coordinator Location: Brandon, 33511 - WFH Flexible They would have to come into the office for the first 2 weeks of training and then once a month for the all company meeting. After the training they would be eligible to work from home. Pay: $18.00/hour Type: Contract to hire Hiregy benefits available during the contract period: Hiregy associate perks: Job duties: Coordinate Utility Services: Activate electric, water, and gas services at vacant properties on behalf of clients through phone, email, fax, and web platforms. Property & Utility Review: Assess property conditions using photos, gather client feedback, review utility bills, resolve discrepancies, and allocate payments appropriately. Documentation & Compliance: Accurately document property records and service actions with notes and supporting materials to meet required timelines and quality standards. Client Communication & Support: Provide professional, courteous communication with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and effective service. Software & Workflow Management: Use internal systems and Microsoft Office tools to manage tasks, research utility details, and maintain updated knowledge of company services.
