Principal/Senior Recruitment Consultant – AI & Digital Healthcare

\nWe are looking for an experienced Senior 360 Recruiter to join a high-performing team focused on building GTM/Sales teams within AI & Digital Healthcare, one of the most in-demand/fast growing AI markets.
\n \nYou will not just be filling roles, you will be building a market, shaping client strategy, and positioning yourself as a future leader within the business.
\n \nThe Role
\n- \n
- Owning a full 360 desk across AI & Digital Healthcare \n
- Building and expanding relationships with leading Digital Healthcare Companies across North America \n
- Developing new business opportunities across North America \n
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to placement and account growth \n
- Becoming a true market specialist in a highly technical and evolving space \n
- Collaborating closely with a top-performing mentor to refine your approach and maximise billings \n
What We Are Looking For
\n- \n
- Proven experience as a 360 recruiter (ideally with a background in Sales/Marketing/GTM/Product) \n
- Strong business development capability and commercial mindset \n
- A track record of consistent billings and client wins \n
- Ambition to become a market leader and future team/vertical head \n
- Ability to operate in a consultative, specialist-driven market \n
- Resilience, drive, and a genuine interest in the pharma/biotech space \n
