- Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals \n
- Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline \n
- Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and interviews \n
- Develop relationships with healthcare professionals \n
- Move candidates through the recruiting and placement process \n
- Partner with internal teams to quickly fill staffing needs \n
- Hit — and exceed — recruiting and placement goals \n
- Bring energy, urgency, and creativity to the recruiting process \n
