About the Role

We are looking for a Medical Recruiter to join our team remotely. In this role you will source, screen, and place medical and healthcare professionals for our clients. If you love connecting great people with the right roles and thrive in a fast paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, GitHub, Boolean/X-Ray searches, databases, referrals, and other channels.
\n
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of both active and passive technical candidates.
\n
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical experience, communication, motivation, and overall fit.
\n
• Conduct personalized candidate outreach and build relationships with high-quality technical professionals.
\n
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and manage follow-ups throughout the process.
\n
• Manage multiple positions simultaneously while maintaining accurate candidate records in the ATS.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• 2+ years of experience in Medical recruitment / Healthcare recruitment.
\n

Requirements

\n
• Strong experience with LinkedIn sourcing and advanced Boolean search.
\n
• Demonstrable track record of sourcing healthcare professionals
\n
• Excellent English communication and interviewing skills.
\n
• Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
\n

Compensation

\n
• US Clients: USD $5,000 per successful placement
\n
• Canadian Clients: CAD $5,000 per successful placement
\n
• No cap on earnings. The more you close, the more you earn.
\n
