Position overview: Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for the general upkeep of all common property and facilities of the Association as they relate to the grounds, building, equipment, and recreational facilities. This role supervises all staff in housekeeping department.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Sweep and mop floors
• Clean building by emptying trash, sweeping and cleaning surfaces
• Dust furniture and surfaces
• Assist guests with service requests when needed, ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
• Identify and report possible repairs
• Other housekeeping/janitor duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• H.S Diploma is required
• Supervisory experience required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Highly reliable and punctual
• Detail-oriented
• Strong time management
• Housekeeping experience (preferably in a condo, HOA, residential or hotel setting)
• Able to lift up to 30lb
