Employer Brand Marketing Consultant

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Employer Brand Marketing Consultant to lead the development and execution of employer branding strategies that enhance talent attraction, candidate engagement, and employer reputation. This role is responsible for creating and activating employer brand campaigns, developing compelling content and digital experiences, managing recruitment marketing initiatives, and partnering with cross-functional teams to strengthen the organisation's position as an employer of choice. Key Responsibilities Employer Brand Strategy Develop and execute employer branding strategies that strengthen talent attraction and brand awareness. Refresh and implement the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) across internal and external channels. Ensure consistent employer branding across recruitment marketing, careers content, social media, and candidate communications. Partner with internal communications, marketing, talent acquisition, and inclusion teams to align messaging and campaigns. Content & Recruitment Marketing Create and manage employer brand content across digital platforms, careers websites, social media, and recruitment campaigns. Build targeted marketing campaigns to attract talent for priority and hard-to-fill roles. Develop employer brand assets including videos, photography, employee stories, and recruitment collateral. Support talent communities through CRM campaigns and personalised candidate engagement strategies. Own careers website content strategy, including copywriting, SEO optimisation, landing pages, and content updates. Manage content management systems (CMS) and recruitment marketing platforms. Monitor website performance and optimise candidate journeys using analytics and data insights. Develop recruitment advertising strategies and maximise campaign performance across digital channels. Employer Branding Events Lead employer brand initiatives for recruitment events, conferences, career fairs, and hiring campaigns. Develop branded event materials including presentations, booth graphics, digital assets, and recruitment collateral. Partner with recruitment teams to create engaging candidate experiences before, during, and after events. Develop employer awards strategies and coordinate submissions for employer recognition programmes. Monitor campaign performance using recruitment marketing and CRM analytics. Track ROI across employer branding campaigns, events, and digital initiatives. Manage recruitment marketing vendors, agency relationships, and platform performance. Lead continuous improvements across employer branding tools, systems, and processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline. Minimum of 7 years' experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, communications, or marketing. Experience managing employer brand campaigns across digital and social channels. Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills. Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), CRM platforms, and recruitment marketing technologies. Proficiency with marketing and design tools such as Canva, video editing software, or similar platforms. Experience planning and delivering recruitment events, employer branding campaigns, and talent engagement initiatives. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and optimise marketing strategies. Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple business functions. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
