Job Summary

As a Sales & Account Manager, you will primarily support the Company's sales and business development efforts, with secondary responsibility for account coordination and operational support. This is a hybrid role focused primarily on identifying and closing new commercial cleaning accounts, developing client relationships, and supporting the transition of new accounts into operations. You will be expected to follow all Company policies, procedures, safety requirements, client-site requirements, and applicable laws.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Sales & Business Development (70%)

• Identify and develop new commercial cleaning business opportunities.

• Prospect for potential commercial customers through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and other approved methods.

• Research and identify potential customers and decision-makers.

• Schedule and participate in prospect meetings, client meetings, and property walkthroughs.

• Understand prospective customers' cleaning needs and coordinate appropriate service proposals.

• Prepare and present proposals and service quotations in accordance with Company pricing and approval requirements.

• Follow up with prospective customers throughout the sales process.

• Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline.

• Coordinate the sales process from initial prospect contact through contract execution.

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing customers.

• Work toward established Company sales goals and new-account targets.

• Maintain accurate records of prospects, proposals, customer communications, and sales activities.

Account & Operations Support (30%)

• Assist with onboarding new commercial cleaning accounts.

• Coordinate with the operations team to support successful transitions of newly acquired accounts.

• Assist with customer communications and follow-up regarding service needs.

• Support management with account information, supplies coordination, scheduling coordination, and other operational matters as assigned.

• Assist in maintaining accurate customer and account records.

• Provide other reasonable administrative and operational support as assigned by management.

Compensation:

Base Pay + Commission — Base compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

This position offers a base compensation package with commission opportunities tied to sales performance and new business development.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in San Rafael, CA 94903
