Responsibilities Assist with landscaping tasks such as planting, trimming, pruning, and general cleanups Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment (training provided as needed) Work collaboratively with a skilled team to complete projects efficiently and safely Load and transport materials, move equipment, and help keep job sites organized Maintain tools, trucks, and equipment to ensure smooth operations Follow all safety guidelines to protect yourself and your team Qualifications Previous landscaping or outdoor work experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude Ability to learn new skills and follow directions Team‑oriented mindset Valid driver’s license is a plus Compensation Competitive pay with opportunities for 40+ hours per week and overtime during peak seasons.
