Position Overview In collaboration with the Executive Chef, the Bistro Associate assists in directing the overall operation of the Bistro in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations, ensuring quality services and maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. Prepare and deliver an EPIC food and beverage service program maximizing customer satisfaction. Coordinate food‑related activities with other departments. Develop, maintain, and implement written Bistro policies and procedures. Perform administrative duties such as completing forms, reports, evaluations, studies, etc., to assure control of equipment and supplies. Supervise Bistro personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
