The ideal candidate is professional, personable, adaptable, and able to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. We ask our team members to maintain excellent attendance and availability to work events as scheduled per business needs.This role pays an hourly rate of $30.00Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings plan and 401(k) matching.EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.Responsibilities* Committment to schedule is expected.* Demonstrate excellence in guest service, interactions with co-workers, and compliance with uniform and grooming standards.* Serve passed foods, beverages, or plated meals to guests, replenish food stations or bars, and attend to food stations, bars, buffets, or coat check with comprehensive knowledge of all items.* Assist in unloading and loading equipment, products, or goods to and from event venues, capable of handling up to 50 pounds of weight.* Maintain cleanliness and organization in both event space and back-of-house areas.* Uphold sanitation, health, and safety standards across all areas.* Perform any standard duties or tasks assigned related to service setup, execution, and breakdown.Qualifications* Committed to offering exceptional hospitality.* Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask.* Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.* Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours.* Desire to learn and grow in a professional working environment.Strengthened by our Differences.
