About Us Stout NYC is one of Midtown Manhattan's busiest sports bars, located just steps from Madison Square Garden and Penn Station. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional hospitality in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while creating memorable experiences for every guest. We're looking for experienced servers who thrive in a fast-paced setting, enjoy working as part of a team, and are passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service to every guest. Guide guests through the menu and make food, beverage, beer, wine, and cocktail recommendations. Accurately enter orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience. Handle high-volume service during sporting events, concerts, and peak business periods. Work closely with bartenders, food runners, bussers, and management to provide seamless service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and complete all opening, side work, and closing duties. Process payments accurately while following all company cash handling procedures. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of high-volume serving experience preferred. Strong food, beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge. Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Ability to remain composed and organized during busy service periods. A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and major event days. What We’re Looking For We're looking for servers who: Put hospitality first and create memorable guest experiences.
