Relationship Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receives, reviews and evaluates commercial and consumer loan requests Meets with applicants to explain credit policies and to obtain information and documentation Monitors and reviews construction and development loans Maintains repossessed properties and assists in collection activities Serves borrowers and prospective borrowers promptly and professionally Assist Commercial and Consumer Loan personnel as needed Must be very familiar with Cache Valley Bank’s credit policyKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Communicate clearly, accurately and cordially through email and telephone Ability to use financial calculator and related computer applications Knowledge of loan documentation experience is helpful but not required Strong analytical abilities Solid interviewing skills Sparak banking system experience preferred.
