Project Manager

Why This Role Exists The team manages multiple custom web application projects simultaneously, each with distinct clients, scopes, and technical complexity. They are hiring a Project Manager who can confidently align clients, designers, and developers, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, predictably, and to a high standard. This is not a coordination role. It is a true delivery ownership role within a consulting environment. What You’ll Do Lead end‑to‑end delivery of custom web application projects Run project kickoff, planning, estimation, and scheduling Manage multiple client projects in parallel Translate business requirements into clear tasks for design and development teams Facilitate Agile/Scrum or Kanban workflows Own scope control, change requests, and risk management Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle Track milestones, budgets, and team capacity Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at high quality Build a strong understanding of each client’s business goals and challenges Create a consistently positive, professional client experience What We’re Looking For Required 3+ years of technical project management in web application environments Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle Experience working closely with developers and designers on custom builds Experience managing multiple projects at once (agency/consulting experience is a plus) Ability to translate technical realities into client‑friendly communication Experience with tools like Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or similar Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Experience in digital agencies, web consultancies, or software shops Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies Experience with estimation, scoping, and change management BA/BS in a related field (or equivalent experience) What We Offer A fun work environment with a supportive team Healthy work‑life balance Recognition and acknowledgment for your contributions Compensation of $110,000–$120,000 + benefits Low‑deductible health, dental, vision, and life insurance Generous PTO Employer‑contributed 401(k) after one year Additional Information Hybrid role based near Portland, OR (within 50 miles) #J-18808-Ljbffr
