About the Opportunity

The Logistics Coordinator will support customer accounts by coordinating shipments, communicating with customers and transportation partners, and ensuring orders move efficiently from start to finish. Training is provided , making this a strong opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow a career in logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Shipment Coordination

• Track inbound and outbound shipments
• Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules
• Create and update customer orders
• Monitor shipments using tracking systems and carrier websites
• Maintain accurate shipment documentation and records
• Assist with inventory tracking and operational reporting

Customer & Partner Communication

• Serve as a point of contact for shipment-related questions and updates
• Communicate with customers, warehouses, vendors, carriers, and drivers
• Provide timely shipment status updates
• Build positive relationships with customers and warehouse partners
• Resolve routine shipping and delivery issues

Administrative & Operational Support

• Enter billing and vendor payment information
• Maintain accurate data within company systems
• Support account management and operations teams
• Assist with reporting and continuous process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service, administrative, operations, transportation, or logistics experience preferred
• Candidates with a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field are encouraged to apply
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable juggling multiple moving pieces . Prior logistics experience is helpful but not required for candidates with transferable customer service or administrative experience and a desire to learn the industry.
