Medical Science Liaison (MSL) - Dupilumab Asthma

Job Title Medical Science Liaison (MSL) – Dupilumab Asthma (Florida / Puerto Rico) About the Role The MSL provides non‑promotional scientific, educational and research support for the Dupilumab – Asthma product in the Florida/PR territory. The field‑based MSL collaborates with key respiratory experts, participates in medical education, supports clinical trial educational needs and ensures accurate, timely medical information in compliance with company policies. Responsibilities Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the asthma treatment landscape, including current strategies, competitors and emerging developments. Build and maintain relationships with respiratory experts, investigators and institutions strategic to product development. Deliver medical education through office visits, investigator meetings, advisory boards, medical meetings and other venues to enhance product and disease state knowledge. Coordinate and optimize educational and research support for sites/investigators participating in Sanofi Genzyme’s clinical trials. Respond to unsolicited medical information and investigator‑sponsored study requests and support ISS submissions through internal processes. Provide clinical presentations tailored to audiences and respond to unsolicited medical information requests. Communicate key clinical and research insights to appropriate departments to shape company research, development and strategies. Identify and communicate medical community educational needs around asthma disease state management and appropriate use of company products. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address KOL educational needs and align field medical support with medical strategy. Maintain clinical expertise through attendance at symposiums, workshops and review of key journals; attend required internal training and journal clubs. Ensure regulatory and compliance guidelines and company policies are followed in all aspects of scientific dissemination. Provide field updates on topics of interest and address administrative and reporting needs in a timely manner. Qualifications and Experience MD, PharmD, PhD or other doctoral‑level degree preferred; 2 years related pharma/biotech experience. Advanced healthcare degrees and at least 5 years in a respiratory clinical environment. Clear understanding of regional medical practice and clinical decision making for patient care. Must reside within the Florida/PR territory. Ability to identify unmet medical, educational and research needs within the regional medical community. Interpret key scientific data and translate information to meet educational and research needs. Preferred: knowledge and experience in field medical asthma (respiratory, immunology) and disease area expertise. Preferred: demonstrated ability to address educational and research needs through delivery of cutting‑edge scientific evidence‑based data. Understanding of healthcare systems affecting patient care. Travel 60% or greater domestic and international travel as needed. Compensation Salary range $146,250.00 – $211,250.00.
