Join Our Team as a Real Estate Listing Agent
We’re looking for a confident, persuasive Listing Agent who isn’t afraid to ask for the business and is committed to delivering exceptional client service .
The ideal candidate understands the local market, pricing, and current real estate trends and knows how to build trust with sellers.
You’ll also have a supportive team focused on your professional growth , with the systems, training, and resources to help you succeed.

Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:
Meet with motivated homeowners ready to sell
Conduct listing consultations and pricing presentations
Develop pricing and marketing strategies
Secure listing agreements
Guide sellers from listing through closing
Negotiate offers and contracts
Manage follow-up using our CRM
Deliver exceptional service that drives referrals and repeat business
Qualifications:
Active Virginia Real Estate License
Strong communication and listing presentation skills
Full-time commitment to real estate
Coachable and willing to follow proven sales systems
Driven to grow listings and earning potential
Professional, organized, and client-focused
