Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (RN - CVICU) Full‑Time Job Responsibilities Provide compassionate and reliable care for patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessments in the CVICU. Make clinical assessments and autonomously manage treatment plans. Collaborate with a high‑performing team dedicated to excellent patient care. Act as patient and family advocate, ensuring privacy and confidentiality. Educate patients and families on medications and treatment instructions. Deliver high‑focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement. Job Qualifications Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to starting work. Minimum 1 year of Acute Care RN experience. BLS certification required. ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire. BSN preferred. CCRN preferred, must be obtained within 2 years. NIHSS stroke certification required within 30 days. Compensation Salary Range: $27.72 – $34.32 per hour (10 years of experience) to $39.60 per hour (15+ years of experience).
