Staffing/Temp Desk Recruiting Position Available! Full-time We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced staffing coordinator/recruiter in our Foothill Ranch location. The ideal candidate will be professional, detailed oriented and have prior experience in a staffing agency setting. Responsibilities Maintain staffing operations across the board Responsible for recruiting and filling temp orders for a variety of clients Uphold accurate system for tracking staff over a variety of shifts Coordinate staff to meet the organization's requirements Monitor overtime accumulation and attendance of employees Conduct competency checks on new employees Work with the payroll manager to verify payroll accuracy Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 2-3 years of staffing/agency experience Excellent communications and computer skills If you feel that you have the skills we require, please respond to this posting with your contact information and your resume in a Word document.
