Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific circumstances of each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily work with hospice patients and their families, who may be experiencing profound emotional distress related to terminal illness and the grieving process. Compensation and Benefits\n
