Prepare dining areas for the serving of meals and set up serving lines. Clean dining, service, and food preparation areas. Runmeal cards.Takecashorcredit cardsaspayment fromouroutsideguestsandmake change. Thisindividual will providesupport tomanagement inthedailyoversight of keyfunctions and employees during the normal course of business. GENERAL RESPONSIBILTIES: Understandsandfollowsallpoliciesand procedures. Assistsinensuringasafeworkingenvironmentthroughoutthefacilityforall employees. Assistsinmonitoringemployeeproductivityandprovidessuggestionsforincreasedservice or productivity. Responsible for theoversight ofday-to-day activities ofsubordinates and assigns responsibilityforspecificworkorfunctional activitiesasdirected byon-sitemanagement. Performsday-to-dayassignmentstoinclude,cleaningtables,refillingstock,napkinsand tableware. Helpwithrefillingplates,silverwareandcleaningbeverageandeating surfaces. Workswithcustomerstoensuresatisfactioninsuchareasasquality,serviceandproblem resolution. ComplieswithallNorthCarolinaHealthpoliciesand procedures. Reportsallaccidents andinjuriesintimely manner. Mayperformotherdutiesandresponsibilitiesas assigned. QUALIFICATIONS : Education, Experience, Training: Abilitytomaintainapositive attitude. Abilitytocommunicate withco-workers andotherdepartments withprofessionalismand respect. Maintains a professional relationship with all coworkers, vendor representatives, supervisors, managers, customers, and client representatives.
