About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to provide exceptional support to its CEO. The successful candidate will be the CEO's right hand, assisting in all aspects of his life, including business, personal, and travel. This is a high-impact, dynamic role that involves working with a large team and handling a wide range of tasks. Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars, high-level business logistics, and sensitive communications, as well as leading special projects and ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's various business entities. The role also involves travel and logistics management, household coordination, and continuous improvement through the introduction of efficiency tools and systems. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a preference for those who have worked in a high-growth startup or entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will be technically savvy, with a high level of proficiency in AI, GSuite, Slack, CRM platforms, project management, and spreadsheets.
