Position TS Logistics Analyst & Sustainment Analyst (Data Analyst) Location Hanscom AFB Length 6 month contract-to-hire Rate $40/hr - $70/hr - $106,000 - $146,000 (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education) Required Skills 3–7 years of logistics, sustainment, supply chain, product support, or related experience Experience analyzing maintenance, inventory, readiness, or operational data Experience using Python for data analysis and reporting Strong statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and large datasets Understanding of DoD logistics, sustainment, or acquisition processes Ability to develop reports and present findings to stakeholders Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience with Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs) Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools Knowledge of DoD 5000 processes Experience with predictive analytics, forecasting, or modeling Familiarity with readiness, reliability, and maintenance metrics Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Logistics Sustainment Analyst to support a DoD client. This person will analyze maintenance, supply chain, inventory, and readiness data to identify trends, measure system performance, and support mission readiness.
