This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative side of food and the hands-on energy of a busy eatery. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, develop food specials, create and refine recipes, maintain quality standards, and help shape the experience we provide to every guest. Positions offer variable working hours that include weekends, evenings, and holidays.

CREATE GREAT FOOD

• Create, refine, test, and launch new recipes.
• Maintain accurate recipe, preparation, and quality-standard documentation.
• Consistently execute recipes with precision and attention to detail.

BUILD GREAT EXPERIENCES

• Make meaningful connections with museum visitors, locals, and fellow team members.
• Expedite and deliver food orders with a focus on quality, presentation, and timing.
• Nurture peer guidance and contribute to a supportive team environment.

KEEP THE EATERY RUNNING STRONG

• Complete daily food preparation and maintain consistent product quality.
• Keep workspaces, equipment, and dining areas clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Open and close the eatery according to established procedures.

We’re looking for someone who is intentional, dependable, organized, curious, and genuinely excited about hospitality.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Ability to work weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food service experience.
• Strong guest service and visitor engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated and reliable approach to work.
• Ability to maintain quality and consistency in both performance and product.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn, contribute ideas, and support your teammates.
