Job Title: Trainee, Client Engagement

Reports to: Coordinator, Client Engagement

JOB PURPOSE:

The Dior Corporate Trainee participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. By working closely with their assigned Department, the Trainee supports the organization's short and long-term objectives through day-to-day administrative and long-term project work. Trainees across departments will collaborate to develop initiatives to improve business results and present a project to our Executive Leadership Team.

Job responsibilities

Communication

• Maintain strong communication with the boutique management, Client Regional teams, Central, vendors, and other teams as needed
• Create presentation materials for store leadership or internal use
• Coordinate communication for shipments and deliveries, and keep supervisors updated

Operations

• Serve as a key support for local client treatments, client gifting initiatives, and other client-focused activations
• Assist with administrative tasks such as managing gift inventory, updating trackers, and scheduling meetings
• Partner with store operations and warehouse teams to manage logistics and shipping
• Coordinate and support as needed with execution of client engagement projects and client outreach lists

Reporting

• Manage status and tracking reports, ensuring strong accuracy
• Produce and own weekly and monthly reports, as needed
• Review reports, understand key data, and present findings

Ad Hoc

• Conduct research projects as needed, competitor analysis, etc.
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties
• Any other tasks assigned from time to time

Profile

• Full-time, 12 Month Program
• Must be available M-F, 9-6pm, Friday work from home
• At least 6 months of prior experience
• Strong communications skills both verbal and written
• Background in luxury retail is a plus, not required
• Proactive follow-through practices
• Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments
• Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy
• Proficient analytical capabilities and computer skills, must be able to learn new applications quickly
• Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook)

Additional information

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary of $20 per hour, plus potential eligibility to participate in the Company's medical benefits plan, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
