Techno-Functional Cruise Industry SME (Senior Resource) Location: Miami, FL Contract Role Mandate Cruise Domain Leadership – positioning as the go-to advisor for cruise CXOs on modernization, digital platforms, and Cruise 2030+ revenue models. Blend deep operational knowledge with enterprise architecture to shape deals, RFPs, and lighthouse transformations. Core Responsibilities Domain Authority & Advisory Serve as customer’s single Cruise SME across sales, pre-sales, consulting, and delivery. Advise Cruise CXOs (Carnival, RCCL, NCL) on shore-to-ship modernization, commerce platforms, and sustainability tech. Shape GTM narratives, influence strategic RFPs, and lead executive workshops. Thought Leadership Build Cruise 2030+ POVs: Smart Ships, Platformization, AI Revenue Models. Scale strategic partnerships for CRS/PMS modernization. Must-Have Expertise Matrix Cruise Operations (Deep – 50%+ Weight) Casino/Spa/Loyalty: Integrated guest profile, onboard commerce Turnaround Day: Embarkation orchestration, crew workflows Fleet Ops: Itinerary optimization, port agent coordination Techno-Functional (40–50% Coverage) Enterprise Architecture: Shore-to-ship hybrid integration Data/AI: Customer 360, demand forecasting, personalization ML #J-18808-Ljbffr VDart
