They are looking for someone who enjoys planning enriching outings to the library, music classes, parks, and other adventures, with a nanny car provided for all work‑related driving. The ideal candidate is calm, engaging, and highly experienced with toddlers, while also feeling confident supporting the older children, encouraging independence, and setting loving, consistent boundaries. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to stay composed in a busy household are essential.
