Are you passionate about helping people achieve their financial goals while building lasting relationships? We are seeking a customer-focused Member Relationship Officer to provide exceptional service, financial guidance, and lending support to our members throughout Northeast Wisconsin.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy consultative sales, relationship building, consumer lending, and helping members identify financial solutions that meet their needs.

As a Member Relationship Officer, you will serve as a trusted financial partner to members by providing guidance on lending products, opening and maintaining accounts, and delivering personalized service that strengthens long-term member relationships. You will evaluate lending requests, identify opportunities to deepen relationships, and ensure members receive outstanding service at every interaction.

This is a floating position , requiring travel to multiple branch locations throughout Northeast Wisconsin as business needs dictate.

• Provide members with financial guidance and recommendations for consumer lending products and services.
• Evaluate loan applications and make recommendations in accordance with lending policies and procedures.
• Open and maintain checking, savings, CD, and IRA accounts.
• Build strong relationships with members to understand their current and future financial needs.
• Identify opportunities to enhance member relationships through additional products and services.
• Interview members to uncover financial goals and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Deliver exceptional service while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Assist members with account maintenance and general banking transactions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate member records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive member experience across all branch locations.

• Minimum of one year of sales and customer service experience.
• Strong interviewing, listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software applications.

• Full-time position
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Some Saturdays 9am-12pm
• Based out of the Fox Communities branch closest to your residence

This is a Permanent position based out of Appleton, WI.

The pay range for this position is $46000.00 - $54000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Appleton,WI.
